Jonathan Lee Riches, who has filed over 4,000 lawsuits globally against various people, entities, objects and concepts – which include George W. Bush, Che Guevara, the Eiffel Tower, Britney Spears, Adolf Hitler’s Nazi party, Google, the Roman Empire, The Queen, the Magna Carta, the Wu-Tang Clan, Plato, Emilio Estevez and Nordic Gods – is suing the Guinness Book of World Records for ascribing him with the title of suing the most people ever.

Hilarious!

“The Guinness Book of World Records have no right to publish my work, my legal masterpieces,” Riches states in the legal filing, regarding naming him as the world’s most litigious man in their 2010 edition.

Another source of contention, the nicknames they plan to use to describe him, which include Sue-per-man, the duke of lawsuits and Johnny Sue-nami.

Riches has been banned from filing suits in many jurisdictions as his latest suit against the Peanut Corp. of America was dismissed.

Currently, the litigator is serving time in Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky for wire fraud but could be released by 2012.
