Wishful thinking? Not really…

Conrad Murray got the maximum sentence yesterday, with a sentence of 4 years behind bars.

But, he could get out as early as Christmas to serve the rest of his time doing house arrest.

With the overcrowding of California jails and him being considered a non-violent felon, it looks like Murray is eligible to live out his sentence comfortably in his own home.

Hmm, we didn’t know that California correctional facilities can pull a Lindsay Lohan on what some people would consider a convicted murderer.

A source says:

“Dr. Murray’s lawyers are actually relieved that Judge Pastor didn’t sentence him to community service, they didn’t want him doing manual labor at the morgue, like Lindsay Lohan is doing. That would have been an absolute nightmare for him, as he would certainly be mocked, and it wouldn’t have been safe for him to be picking up trash on the freeway or cleaning up graffiti. Judge Pastor actually did Murray a favor by maxing him out.”

Oh, how nice! Because that’s what we were really worried about – whether or not the judge was giving him the better way out.

As for now, looks like it’s up to Sheriff Lee Baca to make that decision. The source adds:

“The Sheriff will determine when Dr. Murray will be released on house arrest. Dr. Murray is hoping that he will be released by Christmas. His lawyers have told him that is a real possibility.”

Deputy District Attorney David Walgren feels he should serve the full sentence, saying:

“I think he certainly deserves the full weight of the punishment and he certainly deserves the full four years…How much time he actually serves at the end of the day will be up to the sheriff.”

Ugh. Does Conrad really deserve to get off that easily??

Chances are, you’ve heard Vinny Guadagnino’s first single today. It dropped this morning, but no sooner did it hit the Internet did the nation’s largest anti-sexual assault organization RAINN get wind of it and now, they’re blasting the reality star for his flippant lyrics about rape.

For those of you who’s ears haven’t indulged in Vinny’s first musical venture, at one point the guido raps about having sex with a stripper and “actin like I’m raping it.” A rep for the Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN) points out what a “dangerous message” this is sending out and adds:

“The lyrics in Vinny Guadagnino’s new rap song that glorify rape are ignorant. Trivializing this violent crime sends a dangerous message to the public. Use of the term ‘actin’ like’ doesn’t mitigate the harm this crime has on survivors of sexual violence. We hope that Mr. Guadagnino will reconsider his stand on this issue and leverage his platform to reinforce a zero tolerance policy for sexual violence, as he has with bullying.”

They make a good point. They always do.

We suppose he heard their message back to him loud and clear as the video has since been pulled from the Youtube and Vinny just tweeted, “Whoa! Some people really know how to take things out of context ! … It was fun though!”

Yeah … he still doesn’t quite get it, but at least his management team does!

Not so fast…

Despite reports that said Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana were hooking up and becoming a “thing,” Zoe’s rep is denying that anything went on between them.

Rumor had it, Zoe and Brad were “acting like two high school kids going steady” and were spotted together at a Manhattan nightclub two months ago.

Zoe’s rep is saying otherwise:

“Look at this source- unbelievable- they are friends who worked on a recent film called The Words also co starring Jeremy Irons and Olivia Wilde.”

Things were extra scandalous because Zoe split with her fiance of ELEVEN years earlier this month.

But, looks like things are strictly professional between Brad and Zoe.

Too bad, they would have made a beautiful couple.

And it’s STILL official! Lovely ladies Sara Gilbert and Linda Perry are definitely a couple!

Since the news was splashed all over the web after pictures surfaced of the pair holding hands in public over the weekend, Sara decided it was time to talk about it on, of course, The Talk!

The talk-show co-host admitted this wasn’t the way she wanted to unveil her new relationship to the world, explaining:

“It’s weird. Then I go online and it’s on CNN. I’m flattered and I can’t believe that anyone cares…I do want to share stuff with you guys [the audience], but I kind of would rather do it on my terms…when I’m in full hair and makeup.”

LOLz! If only everything could be done in full hair and make up!

Unfortunately this is the world we live in and celebs aren’t exactly prone to privacy in it, but we’re so happy for you guys!

That’s no fun!

Tyrese tweeted the above picture (on the right) of him and his foot lying in a hospital bed after he was sent to the ER for eating some bad seafood.

Luckily, it didn’t do too much damage as he was sent home the next day, but we’re sure the tainted fish did a number to his insides. Blech!

Doctors ordered him to stay in bed for the day, which is something we’re sure he’s thankful for. The last place anyone with food poisoning wants to be is anywhere besides their bed (or toilet).

After tweeting about his experience and telling fans to “pray for me,” he then posted a link to his new album Open Invitation.

LOLs. We have a feeling he’s milking this for all it’s worth.

According to a report, Zoe Saldana was all over the Sexiest Man Alive just days after her split with her fiance!

She and Ryan Gosling Bradley Cooper were seen getting flirty and dirty with each other in an exclusive Manhattan nightclub.

We’re guessing the source either cut ties with one of them or wasn’t afraid to spill now, because months later, they’ve got all the deets:

The way she and Bradley were sharing affectionate contact, you certainly wouldn’t have guessed that Zoe had a fiancé at the time. They were in a group of about 20 people, but it was obvious from the start what was going on between Zoe and Bradley.

They were casting sexy smiles at each other, and every time they were within arms reach, they made sure to give each other a sneaky little rub on the shoulder or hip. It was like they were sharing naughty little moments.

Bradley suddenly put his arm around Zoe’s shoulders. She then put her arm around his waist, and they left all their friends behind as Bradley let her out of the club. They didn’t return.

Michael Bublé‘s Christmas took the top spot on Billboard 200.

Christmas sold just OVER 227,000 copies while Nickelback‘s Here and Now sold just UNDER 227,000.

The margin between the album is only 0.18 percent!

The album marks Bublé’s third time on top of the 200.

In 2007, Call Me Irresponsible peaked at number one and Crazy Love was numero uno in 2009.

With 227,000 albums sold, it is the highest debut for a Bublé album.

Rihanna also jumped in at number three, selling 197,000.

Talk That Talk is Rihanna’s sixth top 10 album.

Drake, last week’s big dog at 631,000, fell 73% and landed fourth with 173,000.

Bublé charted number two behind Drake last week.
