Paris’s boyfriend Cy was cited for a hit and run! Guess they can mark that one off of their extensive bucket list of trouble!

After leaving a West Hollywood restaurant, Paris Hilton and Cy Waits’ car was ambushed by paparazzi who were blocking the road. Cy got overambitious and attempted to drive through the crowd, accidentally running over a paparazzo’s leg.

Here’s what L.A. Sheriff’s Dept spokesman Steve Whitmore had to say about it:

“There might be some charges against the paparazzo because they were blocking the street. When you cause that kind of impediment it could actually be a felony. We’re going to be looking into the whole thing.”

Well THAT’S potentially good news for Cy. Here’s the bad news:

“The person attacked by the vehicle insisted on a private person’s arrest so we cited the driver, but this is all preliminary. We have to reinterview the deputies as to what occurred. We are going to conduct a thorough traffic investigation.”

Cy also may be given a misdemeanor charge as well, depending on how the re-interviews go.

Paris must be having all types of parties in her head to celebrate the fact that she wasn’t driving!

Pretty impressive, Denzel. Definitely a step up from hosting the Teen Choice Awards (Sorry, Katy Perry!)

Denzel Washington will host the Nobel Peace Prize Concert in Oslo, Norway, on Dec 11, with support from a lineup of artists, including Florence and the Machine, Colbie Caillat, Herbie Hancock, and Elvis Costello.

Here’s what Denzel had to say about his honor:

“I am honored to attend the Nobel Peace Prize Concert this year and participate in this historic and momentous event to help spread the message of global peace.”

Here’s what Geir Lundestad, secretary of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, had to say about Denzel:

“We’re thrilled to have Mr. Washington join us to host this year’s Nobel Peace Prize Concert. He is the perfect ambassador for this event, which celebrates peace through music and illuminates the notable contributions of the Nobel laureate.”

The 2010 Nobel Peace Prize winner will be announced in Oslo on Oct. 8, and the award will be handed out on Dec. 10 as always, which marks the anniversary of prize founder Alfred Nobel’s death in 1896.

Reports surfaced earlier this week that Harry Potter starlet Emma Watson has been getting cozy with Twilight hunk Robert Pattinson. The two knew each other from a previous Potter film they did and are rumored to be starring in a new flick soon. This reported closeness between them didn’t sit well with RPatz’s other leading lady, Kristen Stewart, thus rumors of a feud ensued.

However, Emma’s rep took time out this morning to announce that this rumor was “absurd and totally fabricated.” He confirmed that there was “no feud, not any hint of one” between his client and KStew.

Too bad! Nothing better than caddy bitch fight to liven things up! (We would have totally been on Team Hermione!)

We give kudos where kudos are due and we’re giving serveral to Miz Jennifer Love Hewitt who starred in a ridiculously powerful episode of Law & Order: SVU last night.

Jennifer played a rape victim who has been repeatedly abused by the same man for 15 years. The motivation of the episode was to educate people on rape kits and how they have become rather ineffective in the process of catching rapist.
